A statement from the webmaster.

Hello, I am the webmaster of this website. I created it to aid those who are being sued or who will be sued by Jeter. I was involved in an incident with this man and he did end up suing me. After I was served the papers, I discovered shortly after that he had been suing several others, by himself, without an attorney.

As I examined the lawsuit he filed against me, it was clear to me he was using AI. I also know he is using Microsoft Copilot because of a document he presented in court for my own case to supposedly prove he provided my attorney evidence that he never did. The document he presented was a screenshot of the legal documents he uploaded to Microsoft Copilot. Copilot is Microsoft’s version of ChatGPT.

I believe that Jeter is using it to draft the filings he is using to sue people, without having to write it himself — I believe Copilot is helping him sue people without an attorney, telling him what to do, and what to say in court.

After recognizing what he is doing, I decided to create this website by using my own AI against him (ironic, isn’t it)? I regularly go to the Virginia Beach courthouse to print documents and exhibits filed for his court cases. Whenever there is an update or new case, I transcribe it and have AI update this very website.

Except for this statement, and any PDF documents I obtain from the court house and upload here, most of the text on this website is AI generated. I wish I had more time to write it myself but I just do not. Nevertheless, I do my best to review everything that is added to this website.
