These are the charging documents the site hosts: sworn criminal complaints and arrest warrants from Virginia courts, shown as scans. They are not the same as the criminal-record table (dispositions). A complaint or warrant is not a conviction. Pending charges remain pending. The October 21, 2022 Irving assault charge was later dismissed.

Charles Nash Irving III — assault complaint

Irving’s handwritten criminal complaint states that Michael Jeter punched him in the face on the front steps while Irving was trying to ask a question, continued hitting him on the ground, and that a friend then pepper-sprayed him. Irving wrote that he did not fight back. A magistrate found probable cause on that sworn statement and issued Class 1 misdemeanor arrest warrants for assault and battery. The related charge was later dismissed. The seven-page public packet includes the complaint, a later statement, and the warrants.

Evan Clodfelter — felony property-damage warrant

Offense date September 29, 2025 · arrest December 31, 2025 · pending

After a road-rage incident at the 7-Eleven on South Independence Blvd, Clodfelter reported $4,710.35 in damage to his vehicle. A Virginia Beach felony warrant for intentional damage/destruction of property over $1,000 was executed in Norfolk on December 31, 2025. The magistrate’s bail checklist lists prior assault and obstruction convictions and a finding that he “may be a danger to others.” He was held without bail. This charge is pending, not a conviction. Jeter later sued the complainant in Circuit Court.
