If Michael Thomas Jeter Has Sued You or Threatened You

You are not alone. Jeter has filed multiple similar pro se lawsuits after workplace incidents, a road-rage encounter, and a traffic collision. In the employment and road-rage cases he claims indigence to avoid fees while pursuing large damages. See the detailed records:

If you were sued, contact your auto insurer or your home insurer. They may help defend you. This site is not a law firm, and this is not legal advice.

That call is the practical step when the case involves a car: the Peralta collision, or the Clodfelter road-rage case. If the suit is about a job at Bonchon or Fogo de Chão, start with the case file linked above.

Civil Filings

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Jeter files multiple pro se lawsuits after workplace terminations, a road-rage incident, and a traffic collision. In the employment and road-rage cases he declares himself indigent to avoid court costs, and those complaints are generated with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft’s AI writing assistant: a user types a prompt and the software drafts text that can look lawyer-written. Those filings have that formal structure, with legal conclusions but few specific facts. Defendants describe them as bare conclusory pleadings. In the Fogo de Chão matter, the employer’s disciplinary record documents insubordination the same day Jeter’s amended complaint attaches Exhibit H texts to GM Wellington Lopes de Oliveira (read verbatim texts). On June 18, 2026, the court sustained that demurrer and dismissed the complaint against the two managers without prejudice. Criminal Assault and Battery charges Jeter brought against Wellington were dismissed after trial in February 2026. A separate suit against Alejandro Peralta and Allstate, over a July 19, 2025 collision, was dismissed agreed on September 23, 2026.

Jeter v. Sunny Trehan (Bonchon Hilltop)

Trial: February 9, 2027, 9:30 AM

Terminated at Bonchon Hilltop after food-wastage warnings. Trehan’s Answer describes threats to staff and cites a “history of violent and criminal behavior having 9 different felonies.” Jeter sues for $375,000+.

Fogo de Chão Virginia Beach

Jeter v. Wellington Lopes de Oliveira & Itamar Ristow (Fogo de Chão)

Dismissed without prejudice June 18, 2026

Terminated August 21, 2025 for insubordination. Same-day Exhibit H texts to the GM include EEOC threats and a settlement demand. Amended complaint seeks ≥$1M. The June 18, 2026 order sustained the demurrer and dismissed the complaint against the two managers without prejudice. December 14, 2026 and May 17, 2027 are docket dates still listed from before that order.

Jeter v. Hunter Evan Clodfelter
